USA - Reno Regional-Startup World Cup 2025

The Reno Regional of the Startup World Cup 2025 is a key event during Reno Startup Week, uniting startups, investors, and community members for an evening focused on innovation and competition.

In collaboration with Elevate Reno and Pegasus Tech Ventures, and with sponsorship from Dell Technologies, the event will include two main components: a Startup Fair followed by a Pitch Competition. The winner of the pitch competition will proceed to the Startup World Cup Grand Finale in San Francisco, competing for a $1 million investment prize.

Startup Fair

Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Location: Eldorado Convention Center

This inaugural Startup Fair in Reno will highlight over 20 startups from various industries and stages. Participants will have the chance to engage with founders, listen to elevator pitches, and cast their votes for the People’s Choice Award.

Whether you are a founder, investor, mentor, or have an interest in startups, this event provides an excellent opportunity to connect with the local innovation community. Food and beverages will be available.

Pitch Competition

Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Location: Eldorado Convention Center

After the fair, ten leading startups from the area will participate in a live pitch competition. Each founder will have 4 minutes to present their business, followed by a Q&A session with a panel of judges.

The winner will represent Reno at the Startup World Cup Grand Finale in San Francisco (October 2–4), where top startups from around the world will compete for a $1 million investment.
