His background includes roles at MeasureWorks, GrowthTribe, and Nestlé, where he specialized in product marketing, strategic mergers and acquisitions, and venture transformations across food, technology, and health industries.
  • Misha De Sterk: Founder at 10X Growth - Misha is a Dutch entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in fostering growth and innovation for global brands. As the founder of 10X Growth and various startups, he has provided guidance to companies such as Nestlé, Unilever, and Shell on innovation strategies, portfolio development, and implementation. He has previously led a large innovation consultancy and contributed to significant projects like Nestlé’s R&D accelerator and Unilever’s “Lean Like a Startup” initiative.
  • Nicola McMahon Staines, Global Head of Consumer Experience at Perrigo - With over 20 years in digital marketing and consumer experience, Nicola Staines leads global growth initiatives at Perrigo. As the Global Head of Consumer Experience for Women’s Health, she emphasizes consumer-centric strategies to foster growth, enhance brand equity, and penetrate new markets. Previously, she held senior positions at Nestlé Purina PetCare, where she directed digital transformation and omnichannel marketing efforts. Her expertise includes brand development, digital innovation, and e-commerce, with a focus on utilizing consumer insights to create future-ready brands.
  • Sebastian Concha, Accelerator Lead Latin America at Nestlé - An innovation coach and entrepreneur with a focus on product innovation and market strategy. He is currently the Innovation Coach for Nestlé R&D in Latin America and teaches at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Sebastián has founded Naïf Drinks and has held leadership positions at Mintel, Diageo, and Concha y Toro, concentrating on sustainable business practices and consumer behavior in the food and beverage sectors.
