1st Techstars Startup Weekend Timbó

Techstars Startup Weekend is an international event that has a significant influence, taking place in various countries. For the first time, it will be hosted in Timbó - SC!

This educational gathering offers a hands-on experience in startup creation.

Over 54 hours of intensive engagement, participants will learn how to conceptualize, collaborate, and develop a startup. Throughout the three days, attendees will connect with mentors, investors, founders, and sponsors, facilitating networking opportunities that can enhance careers and ideas.

Startup Weekend provides an immersive environment for aspiring entrepreneurs to evaluate their ideas. Participants are encouraged to share concepts, form teams, and launch startups!

The format allows anyone to pitch a startup idea and receive feedback from others. The top ideas, selected through voting, will form teams that will develop business models, programs, designs, and validate their concepts in the market. The event concludes with project presentations to experienced entrepreneurs, creating opportunities for feedback and networking.

The event is scheduled for May 23, 24, and 25, 2025, encompassing 54 hours of immersion into the startup environment. Activities will commence on Friday and continue throughout the weekend.

• Friday | May 23 Kickoff and team formation (6:30 pm to 10:00 pm)
• Saturday | May 24: Idea development and mentoring (8:00 am- 10:00 pm)
• Sunday | May 25: Project presentations, awards, and sponsor feedback (8:00 am- 10:00 pm)
